2018 Tacoma Sport

I was given a tonneau cover from a friend who just purchased a 2019 Tacoma Limited. He ended up opting for a shell and I was planning to put his cover on my 2018 Tacoma Sport. However, I'm not sure I have the appropriate screw holes for the hardware. I'm hesitant to take my plastic caps off to see if the holes are there. And also hesitant to drill into my truck if they're not. Any advice as to whether I can use this cover?
