You said best bang for the buck.
You get durable, tough, and seals reasonably well, for $650 with a warranty and under $400 used without.

Seriously what more do you want?

You get a few drops from the corners of the bed. I'm sure the gaps under the seals can be filled with anything quite easily.

    Depends on your needs.
I sold the stock cover cuz I wanted access to the whole bed if needed without tools.
    Sold mine for $450.
I plan on buying the Undercover Flex because I want a cover that folds out of the way, won't lean against the cab and sits flush with the edges of the bed. I also like the quality and price point of the Undercover brand as I've had them before without issue.

Diamondback. It's spendy but will last forever. Very happy with mine.

Is anyone still finding this cover for this price? I just got the part price from Toyota at $850.

I went with a Gator soft tri-fold. $190 on Amazon and works fine. Had to add a little foam here and there to get wash proof cover. Comes off in 2 mins if you need the entire bed. Bolts up to the rail system. I would rather have a hard cover, but did not want to spend the bucks required to get a good one...

If you want to spend extra for a hardcover, head over to the group buy section and get in on the bakflip groupbuy. If you live in the midwest get either a fiber based or vinyl. If you live somewhere where hail is not a concern, pick up the MX4.

There was a big thread on this that helped me a lot when I made my decision. For me it was between the BAKflip MX4 and Diamondback SE. I went with a Diamondback SE w/line-x when there was a group buy. So far I'm happy with it.
