Looking for recommendations for a good tonneau cover for my 2014 long bed for under $500. Thanks all in advance for the advice, I appreciate it!

Truxedo as well. Does not seal as well as it did when I had one on my dakota due to the tailgate cap sitting lower then the sides. No leaks yet though.

Do I need to remove the inner factory mounted rails or the plastic top bed covers to make one of these fit?

Ditto. The stitching in mine started to go after about 3 years and they replaced it free of charge.

Mine came with an Undercover and I love it. They are pricey new, but maybe there's a used one out there with your name on it...

Truxedo here, too. Been on my truck since Nov 2013 and still looks/works great. Dollar for dollar it's probably the best money I've spent on my truck.

I think I may be missing the header rail on the bed of my truck. I’m new to this Tacoma world as I bought mine slightly used. Not quite sure if there is or isn’t supposed to have a “truck bed header rail” there. What I mean is the front part under the rear window isn’t the same height as the side top of the truck bed
