You have no idea how much time you spent on the outside edge of your DF tire. I was ready for a drink by the time you got out of there. The owner of the park was awesome, but she wasn’t that great of a spotter.

Yeah I think she was probably really accustomed to Wranglers.

Yes, I got out. Lots of rock stacking and patience did the trick, and a little tug from @mabepossibly

Glad you got off that rock man! I figured you would at some point felt bad leaving before you got free but I had some plans back home and it was a 3 hour rip home, can’t wait to get back out again.

Who had the grey 2nd Gen with the bed cap, dogs and kids? My boys kept talking about meeting up with Kai(spelling?) again the entire way home. Until they passed out.

Big thanks to everyone who shared food, photos, and winches! How many people got home and immediately ordered sliders/tires/etc.?

If you guys still have mud on the truck, take a look underneath for mud that's still wet (aka leaks). Just checked under mine and everything is still dry, alignment doesn't feel fucked either so I'd call that a success

That was me. So nice to have other kids there, my kids had a great time, probably mostly because they had someone to play with. Both of my kids now want to go offroading more now - hopefully next time there will be other kids again to keep them busy when we are recovering.

Will try to get some pics and video up soon (Kai made a pretty funny video of him narrating the 4runner go through the concrete)

So next time....when is next time?!

This is the damage from the concrete. Along with a scratch. I’d love to watch the narrated video of it

If you said you already had a steel bumper on its way right?

I will say that I was shocked to hear your rig made it up that with 3 open diffs. Does the SR5 4R have atrac or anything?
