    Hey Guys,

I am looking at getting a 63in UWS toolbox for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma standard bed. Do you think the toolbox takes up to much space in an already small bed? Thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

Yea that one is awesome but I am looking for a more traditional style. How much do those run?

UWS aren’t what they used to be. I have one on my ‘06. My 2017 I went with Betterbuilt and it’s a much nicer box. $400 is a little pricier than some but it has better handles and you can get it in matte black if you like. http://www.dawsbetterbuilt.com

I got the dealer to include the 63" and being warry of losing too much bed space I went with the 12" deep box.

I ended up selling it and getting a bed cover. I wish I could have had both, but the 12" meant no options. The 18" left only one option.

Here are what the 63" box looks like. I customized the Blue UWS logo.

Ammo Cans on the wheel wells are cool if you don't have a lot of large tools. They keep the entire floor of the bed open. Waterproof and only $25 each.

I got the HD version on my truck. It was very cash money.

That thing will be on that truck 25 years from now.

That is what I call "green".

I once had a co-worker give me crap about driving a Land Cruiser that got like 16 miles per gallon versus her Prius.

I explained that her Prius would be in a Land fill and her battery damaging the envieenviro for decades why the Land Cruiser was merely middle aged.

It will probably outlast the damn truck and the nuclear holocaust. Buddy of mine calls it “Fort Knox”.
