So I found two tacos in my area both are identical trim packages. 2022 TRD off road Premium in Midnight Black, and the other in Lunar Rock. I'm so torn, i like both. Maybe a little help from the community??? Which do you guys like better for the color choice. The pics are Pros but it's the best pics I could find on the web. I have a set of stealth custom series wheels in black going on it. The Ray 10's. I should note that the dealer is gonna give me $16,500 trade in for my 2012 tacoma base, has 103k miles on it, I paid 26,000 for it new 10 years ago Nov 2011. 2 years ago they were gonna give me $13,000 with 80k miles. Crazy. The silver 2nd gen on bottom is my current taco that I'll be trading in for it. I'll be keeping the wheels.

    LUNAR!!!

Quicksand best color, and always will be, but Lunar is my second choice

Black and white are too common. Toyota offers some neat alternative colors, which I really like.

I just think black is too difficult to keep clean looking and shows even minor scratches more than any other choice. We had a double cab sport 4x4 for a few years lease. Purchased a 2013 in white.

Lunar is a neat color, looks different in different light. I'd picked lunar if it was available.

The Midnight Black will never look better than the day you drive it home. Go lunar.

I love my Quicksand always looks clean. I would choose the cement. I had a black car years ago. Too much work to maintain. Haven’t seen a Lunar in person

Unless you want to wash your car every day and fix every little paint blemish don't get black.

Quicksand ftw. I also wish they didn't cancel it. You can buy a 2020 trd off-road premium in quicksand and its basically the same exact truck since toyota hasn't really made many changes since the 2020 model year

black sucks. LR is the only color that can come close to the best color, cement.

Plus 1 for Lunar. Cool color plus it hides dirt pretty well

    Black.
Not a fan of the Lunar. Looks like toothpaste, or a fridge from the past.

I love my Cement though. Purposefully got it over black to hide the bush pin-striping.

If that's the only choices, Lunar.

But they're not the only choices IF you want another color

Skip the instant gratification phase and wait for the color of your choice.

Black is a good color for a sports car that sits in the garage most of the time, unblemished. For a truck, black requires a lot of maintenance to keep clean and unscratched, or it will look bad. Skip black for a truck.
