Ive been having some sluggish performance afflicting my Tacoma recently. Its 2000 2.7L Prerunner, later model with coil-on-plug and wideband upstream O2 sensor. A friend has my snap-on scanner, so i tried using a bluetooth adapter and Torque Pro on a Galaxy S4 to take a look at things.

The status reports that the system is in closed loop. Though when looking at the sensor voltage, bank 1 sensor 1 reads steady at around .65v.

I know wideband sensors are designed to maintain a 5v current, and it it the ECM that records the voltage drop from the change in polarity inside the sensor, translating it into a + or - reading from 0.5v. In any case, i would expect something to be read from this, not just a steady current, unless Torque was reading the constant voltage from the ECU instead of the polarity change.

I was hoping to see a waveform to see what the engine is doing. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Here are some screenshots. First from mild acceleration.

I need to add, once the O2 and Catalyst monitors complete, i get a P0420 code.
