    Ahh, but you are correct. I have the BW 9180 EFR. Since I am on the stock engine, and to fit the BW requires the exhaust to be re-fabricated, I will put the Precision back on for now. I'll get the wastegate dump tube back into the down pipe. Then I can sell that kit if I please, to fund the new BW kit for the stroker engine. Or just keep it.

    Nevr enough time.......

    Hopefully I'll be picking up a nice TIG welder in a few months. Then I won't have to be burdened with time frames and labor costs of shops.

    As well, having another sleeved/built engine shipped my way next week. WOOT! I'll have a back-up for my back-up. :laugh:

    Non traditional? You should go look at some german cars mate. Good job on the engine swap man! btw that plastic fantastic will be even mo better with added heat. One of the diesel engines I tested uses a plastic stand for the oil filter element. Overheated the engine and the end died. low and behold what killed it was melted plastic EVERYWHERE oil would flow. Love plastic in hot places. ;)

    Did i ever tell you guys that i removed my plastic engine cover and saw no noticeable difference in my ITA temps on my ultragauge? I figure its because my damn truck is so dark.... :/

    Oh man. It is soft like the stock clutch. Unbelievable. Definitely wouldn't even think that there is a 1000 HP rated twin disk in there... :cool: I honestly believe that this is the best it has driven ever.

    Pulled some of the components apart to inspect the built engine. Trying to find where these aluminum shavings all came from. Which are visible in the lower oil pan here.

    I still haven't yet removed the two rod end caps from the other two rods which show massive heat saturation. Those bearings could still be the culprits. I had thought there might be some damage to the oil pump. I was surprised that it looked perfectly fine when I removed it and inspected it closely.
