    MrCrowntown brought to our attention that the 2TR has the exact same shortblock of the 3RZ. Iron block, closed deck muscle. :benchpress: He's working the LCE to really push the limits of the 2TR. :gossip:

    Update on the coolant sensor. So with anything, there will always be a hiccup. Truck wouldn't get warm enough, due to idling so rich. My Haltech WRAF sensors are not comnected yet, so it didn't have any closed loop feedback. This, RICH. Interesting watching the coolant get no warmer than 110ºF because of that.

    I am however quite awesome, as I have a few backup plans. Not to worry. Within hopefully the next few days, I'll have some files for you guys.

    Hahahaha, quite awesome! So wait the engine didn't warm up because the sensor wasn't reading right? I cant see it not making temp because its too rich. that would be crazy.
    Please update us on this craziness! I suppose Ill get started on a build thread!

    It honestly didn't make much sense to me. It is a cool day, and I had the hood open. The sensor's voltage capped out around 1.33 volts. The engine temp rose from 64ºF to 110º, but never got any hotter, by the time I decided to revert back to the OEM ecu.
    Plus, even poking the rear out of garage, that rich exhaust was starting to get to me.
    The whole process was around 5 minutes of idling only.

    I would rev it every now and then, and the coolant would drop a couple degrees before coming back up.

    I am still not 100% certain that the scangauge was reading accurately though. Because before when the ProEFI controlled the same way, IAT's were not accurate through the OBDII. So that might have been the point the whole time.

    Despite how long I let the truck sit to cool down, with a fan on it, 1.5 hours, I didn't start it up right before the ecu swap, to see if the temps were the same.

    So I am still in speculation mode.
