    Intercooler and oil cooler would need to be recommended as not to have any spikes both in pressure and temp. Those spikes can have tremendous loads which in turn can cause damage. Those IAT's can get very hot. We had a non intercooled turbo diesel in for testing (non us market) and put in the right circumstances (high loads, stop start, high speed endurance testing) would overheat. Fueling, A fuel pump should be in the plan considering how little capacity the oem one has. Injectors I'm sure URD has them for your engine for its supercharger kit. Now if they are they same as the 1gr's then there is a good deal of reserve for 4-5lbs as has been tested before. Also would recommend you increase the oil weight. An sae 40 would be a good all rounder.

    Yeah I will be sending Gadget an email here in a couple weeks after I purchase the DIY turbo header to see if he will let me pick his brain about injectors and ECU issues he has worked out for the 2tr.

    Gadget owns URD, URD is not treadstone performance. Correct me if I am wrong but Treadstone owns Treadstone, correct Mark? And no I have 2tr, not 1GR. I was chiming in on Singlecab's turbo talk.

    yeah, i understand that urd and treadstone are separate companies, i thought you meant gadget owned both. and yeah, i was hoping for a header for a 1-GR-FE, as most of the shops around me are garbage.

    I have any extra fuel pump, and an oil cooler off of a Ferrari race car. Neither are free though. :p

    I have the original fabricator's # if PowerFab cannot any longer. He might have taken the jigs with him, when he left. There are alternatives available. Just have to contact me. ;)

    As a matter of fact, there are a few fab shops in your area which could do the work rather easy for you. Justice Racing Engines, being one of them.

    you should start a company called Frankenstein Fab......build turbo kits out of parts from 10 different cars......then crack a beer as people drive out of your shop, so you can relax and watch the engine snap, crackle, and pop as they drive away.

    i'm not concerned about it working or it's efficiency. moresor reliability. you're right, doesn't need to be a race truck level setup, but it does need to be reliable. just don't want you stranded on the side of the road. because you skimped on something.
