Yeah, racing breaks trucks and schools new drivers fast.

I noticed that a couple of other guys in Sportsman Truck were stopped behind him, including Ken Frazier who wins most races in that class and has a very capable truck. Ken's moving again so I'm thinking it was some relatively easy fix. Broken driveshafts are extremely common, and if I were a betting man I'd guess that's what's caused some downtime for at least 1 team so far.

Hopefully it's something simple like that for Tyler and he's rolling again soon!

Just running some rough estimates here...

6am starts the bikes and quads. Say it takes approximately an hour to get them all on the course. 3 hour gap before trophy trucks start, so that's 10am Pacific time. Again, figure an hour or so to until sportsman truck starts.

That puts him off the starting line around 11am. He's been out there for 2 hours now, so if he gets moving he'll have to average around 27mph through the rest of the course, including downtime for fuel, breakage, slow terrain, etc.

Fingers are crossed but finishing under the 11 hour time limit doesn't look good.

I'm guessing they ran into a pretty severe problem since they're still not moving:(
