I went to a touchless carwash for the first time b/c I was lazy and didn't want to detail it myself. Recent summer rains left my truck pretty damn dirty.

First it wouldn't read either of my credit cards, so I scrounged up $6 in change and put it in the machine.

IT LOOKS LIKE THE FREAKING THING DIDN'T EVEN WASH MY TRUCK. The windows and body still have a layer of dirt.

Wtv, I go home, check my bank account and the FREAKING CAR WASH MACHINE CHARGED MY CARD EACH TIME I SWIPED IT EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT DID NOT READ. So now I'm out $24, not just the $6 for the crappy car wash.

Since the place is automated, I can't call anyone to dispute it. Also, it doesn't have a website either so no customer service center.

I'm gonna try and call my bank in the morning to see what can be done.

If they go through [the charges] file a Reg E Debit Card Claim with your bank. You lawfully have the right to be protected from such incidents.
