Hey guys i previously lifted my 12 tacoma with the toytec ulc. I drove the truck around with stock wheels and tires for two weeks and I had zero vibes. Today i put on 285/65/18 toyo open country a/ts e rated with 18x9 pro comp 7032's and i have such awful high speed vibes. Im also using trd lugs. Anyways i road force balanced the tires multiple times and the highest road forced tire was 20lbs. I even forced matched the tires to the wheels and still vibes.
I've been working on cars for 8 years and I'm just puzzled.Any advice. And yes i balanced the tires with the centering lug tool for the balancer. Possible bad wheels? They are new I just wouldn't expect that from pro comp.

static or dynamic balance? wheels/tires out of round? could there possibly be water in the tires (weird buts its happened before)

to tell about the balance type are there 1 or 2 rows of tap weights on the inside of the rim

    Are the wheels hubcentric?

wheels balanced out okay I used big 1/2 ounce weights stacked. i have hub centric rings on the way the wheel bore is 108 the hub is 106 i think with the weight of the wheels and tires and the trd lugs the wheel is not fully centering. And no i don't think the wheels are hub centric because the bore is 108mm.

Hopefully once you get those rings on the vibrations will go away.
