take a lot of pictures of all damages, and look over every inch to see if they had done other damages

Tell them to give you NADA top trade in value and $7500 off a new Tacoma of your choice.

Find the top of the line supra that's sitting on their showroom floor and take a fat shit right on the center console. Declare "now we're even" and walk.

I would disagree with (Corporate can't do much) CSI is a critical metric for corporate. If it becomes bad enough corporate could yank there credentials. It really depends on who owns this dealership. If it is someone like Autonation it would be a bigger challenge. But if it is not part of a large group it would not be difficult. This is something to keep in mind on what a Dealership should and can do to "make things right".

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
oh corporate will yank them with enough complaints. but as for a issue right now. all they can do is say, HEY fix this or your going to look bad to us. one offence wont make them pull the dealer agreement.

I pay for insurance and they take care of everything, including legal action against responsible parties. Why would I pay more to accomplish the same result?

My wife is a lawyer, and I would still have the insurance handle it. They will make sure it’s fixed correctly and will make sure the dealer pays for it. They also have a vested interest in the dealer taking care of it.

    Can't argue with that.

I have had less luck personally dealing with insurance agents doing me right.

Yeah, I’m sure some are better than others. I’ve seen my insurance company initiate legal action to recover money twice. They hate paying claims and have attorneys on staff.
