    89-95 manual 4 cyl truck vs year 2003 accord with manual transmission and 4 cylinder engine

    What's going to be most reliable?

    I mean to say what is going to have the least expensive repair costs?


    Comparing overhauling an fwd transmission/engine vs the 89-95 pickup engine and transmission?

    There are too many variables to answer this really but..

    The truck should be a little more reliable in general & will definitely be worth it to keep it running as whatever you pay for it today is likely what it will still sell for 10 years from now. You can't give old cars away unless they're vintage or classic.
