If I get the TSB done, ca I still add the Toytec 1.5 AAL after this?
Do you still just add it with current leafs, or swap out with one of them?

    Thx

So you have a 5 leaf setup then?
Or does the TSB just replace the current 3 with 3 new ones?

    Thx

So if/when I get the TSB from Toyota, it will be a 4 leaf setup which lifts the truck how much?
Should I let this settle BEFORE I add the 1.5" AAL of just go ahead and put it on and let it all settle at once?
With the 5 leaf install, how much lift is there after they settle?

    Thx

You'll be fine to put the AAL on with the new leaf pack, no need to let them settle. IIRC there are 2 Toytec AALs, one for TSB leaf packs and one for Non-TSB packs.

So if I install the Toytec AAL 1.5" on top of the TSB along with the Bilstein 5100 on the rear, what should I set the front 5100's at to get close to level or even with a little rack? Goal is to not have the back lower then the front even when hauling or pulling stuff.

    Thx

I dont haul much ever, just helping friends move stuff. So is not an everyday occurence. Was guessing the 1.75 with the 1.5 AAL before the TSB.
I don't mind alittle rack like it has now. Just want to set them correct the first time so I don't have to take it apart to readjust later. Also will be using the stock springs.

    Thx

Yup, its a TRD Off-Road and was planning to reuse the stock springs with the 5100's. Was looking at just going to the 1.75 setting, but now with the possibilty of the TSB and the AAL was looking at the 2.5 setting. I still haven't been approved for the TSB (meeting local dealer this Tue. to convince) but if they say no, I will stick with the AAL and fronts at 1.75.
If they do agree, I could always leave the TSB alone and not install the AAL and set fronts at 1.75 still.
Will have to return the AAL then, but wouldn't be the first time. Don't really want to order the new coils, but...

    Thx

If I was to pick up the Eibach coils from Toytec and use them instead of the oe ones..how much lift do you get with 5100 set at 0? and at .085?
heard you shouldn't go higher with this setup.

    Thx

Did some searching and got some good info, just hard to tell what will happen to the truck with each mod, as all turn out abit different in the end.

I will see what happens on Tue. with Toyota dealer on whether or not they will even do the TSB. If they DO, then I will have to decide on the 1.5 AAL install. If they don't do it, then it will go in (or should I get the 2")

As for the front, leaning more towards the Eibach springs set at either 0 or .85 (all depends on the rear). May even get UCA's (if needed to align).

My goal is to get it high enough to run some 285/70/17's on it (with MINOR trimming on the plastic/no metal trimming).

So will press on after Tue. meeting.

    Thx for all the info.

After your isntall, did you have any vibration issues in the driveline?
If so, what did you do to correct it?

    Thx
