    I honestly don't really think about the total amount. I concentrate on the current batch on hand.;)
    The thing that makes this so enjoyable is that each one is made specifically for the individual who orders it. True - I have made quite a few that are the same style over and over (M1 Satoshi w/ triangles in Super White:rolleyes:) - but then there are ones that are new combos that I never thought of building on my own.
    I am not a big corporation or factory, just a guy with a converted garage and a couple specialized tools.:eek:
    I don't even print out address labels... Each item I ship, whether it is a full grill or just mesh alone, I address by hand.
    My wife wanted to set it up to have them printed up on our computer but I think it is much more personal this way.
    My favorite part is when I post up a new build or concept.:eek: I really appreciate the feedback I receive from the TW folks. Most recent was the "raptor" style prototype from earlier this week.
    There are a bunch of folks that have been patiently waiting for me to release a 2012 Satoshi. So many in fact that it made me have to take another look at the whole building process...
    I have finished the prototype - I wrapped it up last night actually. But in this case posting pics would be premature. I have countless hours wrapped up in just the design phase. So, to ensure that I can feasibly bring them to production I had to "think outside the box" so to speak...
    I have a meeting next week with a local plastics manufacturer that I hope will lead to a more time-saving solution to the build process for the 2012.
    Now watch - Toyota will redesign the grill again in 2013. :rolleyes:

    I was speculating about that in another thread.
    I think you're safe for 2013 and possibly 2014, but given Toyota's history... The 2nd Gen is already 7 years old. 4-5 years seems to be "long in the tooth" before a facelift, and 7-8 years max for a redesign:
    Rav4: 1st Gen '94-'00, 2nd Gen '01-'03 - Facelift in '04-'05, model redesigned in '06.
    Tundra: 1st Gen '00-'02, Facelift in '03-'06, model redesigned in '07.
    Tacoma: 1st Gen '95-'00, Facelift in '01-'04, model redesigned in '05.

    The HiLux generally ran about 5 years between major redesign.

    I would not be surprised to see a 3rd-Gen Tacoma for model year 2014, and will be surprised if we don't see one in 2015.

    I prefer the BDF grills myself and a DIY but that raptor grill is :cool:.
    If I didn't already have a grill I would be in the 100+ list:D
