TPMS Troubleshooting

    2017 Tacoma TRD Pro DCSB Super White
    So recently had my 10k service done and the dealer agreed to rotate my tires (I am doing a 5 tire rotation) but they wouldn't reprogram the TPMS IDs without charging me. I thought no biggie since I hve an Autel MaxiTPMS 401 and a quickset. I have all the right IDs programmed to the PCM, all the tires are proper pressure but my tire light blinks for a minute or so on startup and then stays solid. The 401 shows all sensors including the spare are good.

    Have driven the car truck twice for 20 minute trips up to maybe 60 mph. But still all sensors register ---.

    What am I missing?
