I own a 2017 TRD Off Road and recently purchased a set of 2017 TRD Off Road take off wheels with TPMS. They are identical to the ones on my truck. Initially the TPMS worked with these take off wheels but after about 15 minutes my truck realized they weren't the originals with the truck. Now it displays the fault light. Is there a way I can solve the TPMS fault light or do I have to take it into a dealer?

Any tire shop will have a hand held tool that they point at the valve stem. It will read the ID numbers of the sensors and check to make sure the sensors are working. Those ID numbers then need to be programmed into the truck's ECU replacing the original numbers.

You can do the programming yourself with the Carista App or the ATEQ Quickset tool. Dealer or maybe the tire shop can do the programming also.
