    If you live in CA, taxes are included.

    If you don't live in CA, you don't have to pay for tax. Price is still the same, just a bit more savings for CA folks.

    Are you saying these shocks will work on a 04 with the 3 inch pack from AP? I have the 3 inch standard pack and hate the shocks I had to put on, I previously had Icon resi shocks.
