Well, guess this will be it for me as far as posting with TW. I traded in my Tacoma for a Mazda3. Now that I live more in a city the truck was just too big for me. I needed something smaller and something that would get better gas mileage.
It's been great being associated with such a good group of folks over the past 2 years. I wish you all the best.

Maybe I'll pop in from time to time. I would just feel like an imposter since I don't have a Tacoma anymore.

Lol my neighbor did the same thing about 9 months ago. Traded his tacoma for a mazda 3. He wanted something with better gas mileage...bla bla bla. Well about a month ago he picked up a new F150. He said he couldn't live without a truck.

sorry you had to trade off your taco but you will be really happy with the mazda3. We have both a 2008 tacoma and 2008 mazda3. The mazda is really peppy, great gas mileage and so far "knock on wood" no problems at all....

My daughter just bought an 09 Mazda 3 in March and it seems like a nice car so far. I love the 5 speed auto with manual shift. The car is very peppy and she's averaging over 26 mpg in mixed driving. She's driving it to L.A. next week, so we'll be able to see what her hwy mileage is. It's supposed to be around 30 mpg. BTW, stay on the forum. Is there a rule that says you have to own a Tacoma to be on TW?

Funny I traded my 04' Mazda 3 in to get a used 06' Tacoma. I always had a truck up until I bought my mazda. Great car, fast, handled great, was loaded with everything, got great gas mileage, and was fairly cheap for what you got. One of the best cars out there (not to fond of the recent body changes though - starting to look like a matrix!) I liked it so much I convinced my wife to get a Mazda CX-7. Another great car for the price compared to others in it class. Miss my mazda 3! Love my tacoma! Have fun with. I want the Mazda 3 Mazdapeed.
