Maybe your trailer wiring is disconnected under the truck?

What about brake and turn signal lights?

Start simple. Check the trailer light fuse in the fuse box under the hood.

That's the first thing. If it has no factory package then maybe it was a bad install.

There might be a fuse for trailer plug in fuse box. I know GMs have them. Like 15 AMP.

Make sure when you are "testing" the trailers that they are hooked to your trucks ball and your ball is scuffed up with sand paper. Sometimes the ground is weak.

    Start there first

This would be my guess too. If that first trailer you hooked up had a short and you hooked up your wiring before connecting the trailer it could've popped your fuse.

It could be the trailer or a problem with the install.

Trailer wiring should have at least four different fuses, so if the OP checked lights/stop lights/L & R signal that would be multiple fuses blown. My bet would be the wiring to the socket behind the bumper

Trailers are not ground through the hitch/ball. It's an added bonus, but there is a ground wire in the actual wiring harness.

I don't think you will find 4 fuses for the trailer lights, just 1, 30 amp fuse.
