Ok, not willing to take full responsibility for setting up this trip, but I am for sure willing to help and join if we can work out the dates and details. Lets save the 2nd post for details.

Poll added (My first poll!!!), please select dates that work for you. Instead of this being "ONE" trip, this can be a place for others to use to set up what works for them. After seeing the interest over night, I think to keep the groups a reasonable size this is the best way to move forward.

Holy crap that's like 9 hours away for me...it's going to depend on some things...but I'd really like to go.

 

I have a yard that I would be willing to let a few tents for the night before. Its 3 1/2 hours up for me.

 

I'll keep that in mind.

Definitely interested in this! I don't know if I'd be able to do it though, that's 7 hours away for me lol

 

now to work on my calendar. I hate planning, we decided Thursday night to go up this past weekend. Left Saturday morning, would have left Friday but wouldn't have made it up till after 9 and wasn't positive about camping. I know there are places you can find a spot, but not looking for them after 9.

I am here and prepared as soon as we can gt enough people together to get a good foundation for some dates to go! Its a five hour drive for me, im always down for a backyard camp out in Maine if you are offering

This trip will be much easier to work out also since we arent visiting multiple spots here! Plus i watched a video of a guy driving the roads out to the entrance to the train trails and it looked like borderline wheeling soooooooo LETS GOOOOOO

Ya i think its just logging roads, tires taking rocks have been my only issue up there.

 

I saw a couple pics a good while back of some guys who went in early spring and it was like a road of mudholes. looked great.
