Tranny Fluid on 02 taco 3.4 5spd

I'm not to sure on how often you should change your tranny fluid, but i just rolled over 100 000kms and who knows if its was ever done even before i owned it. I also am curious to know what peoples thoughts were on the best tranny fluid to go with to. I heard that ya have to use special toyota fluid is that b.s. or is it true?

It should be done every two years if the truck is used for towing a trailer....


As for brands of oil, Redline and Amsoil make pretty good stuff...
