Tranny slip after hard stop

If I have to stop harder than normal, such as traffic suddenly stopping in front of me during rush hour, but not locking up the tires, etc., I go to accelerate and the transmission slips. Motor revs and suddenly transmission goes into gear with a hard thump.

Anyone else have this issue?

 

You are low on fluid. When you stop, the fluid sloshed away from the fluid pickup in the pan.

 

This just happened to me. I had it flushed with toyota fluid and it started right after. I come to a hard stop and back onto the gas and it feels like it slips into nuetral revs then hard into 1st and chirps tires. Its 2012 trd OR dbl cab 4x4... cluesless what to do... the machine took out just about 13 qts while only adding 11. After bringing it back and adding the other almost 2qts it still doea it...

 

Any suggestions...
