Discovered a fluid leak at the rear of my '09 4-cyl A/T @ 9,200 miles. Dealer R&R'd the driveshaft assembly "per T-SB-0088-10.0P CODE 370021 T1 65 T2 50". Service writer said Toyota had determined that some of the forward yokes were improperly machined, leading to premature seal failure. I got a new seal and complete new driveshaft.
