Transmission/Clutch (?) issue after off-roading today

This is what happens when a 1st gen tries to out wheel a 3rd gen TRD offroad Taco!

Just Busting your Balls a little, now that your trucks fixed.

An inch should be plenty but Some guys have reinforced that skid so it wont flex as much.

Are you running their IFS and trans skid too? It doesn't look like it from that pic. For me, my BudBuilt skids are piece of mind for when the going gets rough. They have plenty of marks on them that show it has once or twice.

 

This is the only afternaket skid I have, the previous owner put it on. I just got the truck in April, haven't done any of my own mods yet. Sliders are the first order of business, followed by more skid plate protection and a mild lift.

 

This is why we can't have nice things.

 

^^ Hey it was a lesson learned, and I learned that these little trucks really can go just about anywhere from the factory. It really is pretty incredible. Just needed to be a little more careful and add some additional armor
