    My tranny is doing the same thing when in reverse. It will engage but as soon as i give it gas it will disengage, rev up like it is in neutral, then engage reverse but at a higher rpm thus jolting the truck. This all happens within a span of 2-3 seconds all the while the shifter remaining in the reverse position. Does your truck show these symptoms while in drive?

    Have you checked your fluid level properly ? any signs of leaks ?

    Fluid is good. My problem is p0705 related specifically not receiving reverse voltage at ECM. I dont want to thread jack but Gearcruncher you are one of the guys helping me on my original thread and I will be posting some test results soon. I just want to know if OP is experience something similar. OP, do you have any codes?
