I hope its a good shop. good luck with this I hope it works out for you.

    your situation frustrates me.

hey guys im cooking my second transmission. any ideas?

pay us top dollar and we'll tell you all about it.

    ok.

wow. dude, you need a new transmission.

    DUH!!!

SERIOUSLY. if I won the lottery I would open a mechanic shop just so maybe there would be one that was honest and knowledgeable. so sad that you can take what is basically a product of free research into a paid professional to reach the same conclusion that you reached weeks ago. then you have to sign the bill.

sorry for the rant, but been there, feel your pain. hopefully the trans guys are better

Transmission shop is actually a good shop we have had them do some transmissions for our shop in the past never had one come back. Also comes with a 3 yr 36000 mile warranty.

Just experienced a problem with my truck today. After starting the truck it would not shift into gear. The "check engine" light came on and it felt like it was in neutral no matter want the gear readout said. I have a 2012 V6 auto access cab with off road package and only 25K miles. WTF; later in the day it started and ran fine!!! ???? Is this a temporary glitch with the electronic tranny or a more serious issue?
