    The final product is injection molded out of durable ABS with a "microbead" texture to match the OEM console for a factory look. Available in 4 Lid configurations:

    -TRD
    -TRD PRO
    -TACOMA
    -M.L.T    (Major League Taco)

    Your assessment is correct sir. There are some major differences which are reflected in the adjusted price. Some include;

    1)Manufacturing process:
    The original design was printed with a hobbyist desktop 3D printer. Cheap to make, not the best quality.( you can tell by all the layers)
    VS
    New design is made from a brand new technology in 3D printing; Multi jet fusion. Commercial grade and very high quality.

    2)Enhancements
    Original coin holder had no lid
    VS
    New design has a detachable lid with built in flush magnets

    3)Material
    Version 1 was constructed of extruded ABS plastic
    VS
    Super strong Nylon fused structure. Will not warp in a hot truck, bend or break.

    FYI: there are 3rd party Companies that will print the design online (shapeways, Xometry, etc)
    I uploaded the same file to see what the prices were. They were much higher than my listing, using the same type of printing. So I feel it's a reasonable price.

    Very nice, any plans for one with a penny slot? I already have a change holder I like except it lacks pennies, I'd buy this if it also held pennies.
