I have a complete Trd e-locker rear end off a 2000 Tacoma also with it a brand new 12 volt guy e locker switch with blue L.E.D and the cable $500 I will not ship So.california

why are you getting rid of it? i see you didnt remove the intermediate harness so the 12volt guy harness hasnot been used....leads me to beleive you bought it to put on your truck and never did?

reason i asked is cuz i did this same swap and it works great and was easy to do..just wondering what stopped you if i am indeed correct that you bought and never instaled

Blue L.E.D on the locker switch never installed because I sold truck.

 

the blue l.e.d is to indicate a locked or un-locked position


also 400 is a screaming deal fyi.....these sell for 900$ sometimes, recent one went for 700$ with no wiring and wiring is 150$ from 12volt guy so you figure if the wiring is brand new this locking rear is selling for $250!!!!

all anyone would really wanna know is whats the gearing ratio in the axle and does the locker actually work?
look it up on here, lockers are always broke....and a ton of cash to replace (but can be rebuilt). if the locker is indeed working this would be the deal of 2012!!

OP if you don't know if the locker motor works you can check by applying 3V to pins 3 and 5 i believe on the connector directly on the locking motor and than try spinning the drums to see if locked than swap the polarity of the 3V you applied to pins 3 and 5 to unlock it.

also how many feet is the harness from 12volt guy? because that will tell which cab configuration it will fit on ex reg cab, ext cab, double cab.

also buyer should do new brakes and diff fluid change before install. run the diff fluid through cheese cloth to screen out any metal particles to see if the gears are in good condition. large chunks of metal are bad! 190k is quite a bit of miles

i got my rear end for 200$!!!!!! that was the deal of 2011 though lmao but after 12volt guy harness it was 350$
