Anyone with the OEM TRD intake experience increase or decrease in MPG? I was thinking of getting one, wondering what everyone else is experiencing out there. Thanks

I have the afe which is the same and I didnt really notice any difference in gas mileage no better no worse, just get a growl from under the hood now, and a little more pull in the higher rpms

I had one, I noticed no gains. If anything, maybe a drop because all I did was hit the gas to hear the sound lol. I took mine out 300mi later. Sound was not what I was looking for. I just got my afe drop-in. Pro Dry S. Seems good so far. Trucks seems peppy, but the humidity just broke so it could be combo of both. If you like a growl, it sounds cool. Never had it tested but higher RPM's seems to have more pull as stated, but lower RPMS seem to lose out. In the end, that was the deal breaker as I am never really in those higher rpms.

With a CAI you will lose some cash and gain some noise.

    Save your money.

I lost 1-2 mpg with the AFE ...same as TRD Which is a 5-10% MPG Drop on my avg mpg

Nobody likes to admit it, but its the truth. Towing might have been the same.

Passing HP was increased and fun, but the $$ to the wallet hurt and I sold it and went back to stock :( that's when gas was 4.50 a gal, now at 2.50 I might have rolled it
