Just picked up two TRD license plate frames on ebay of $16.00/pr and $2.00 shipping.
I'm new to the ebay thing, I paid straight with credit card, should I start using the "pay pal" system???
    What is the safest way???
    Thanks
    Barry

    Not yet,
I use paypal so I don't have to give sellers me card info. Paypal also puts a hold on the money if the seller does not have good feedback and does not let them pull it out immediately, incase there is problems.

Please use paypal, it is very safe to use it, and also they have a option to buy a security key from them, you have to use that key for the second password to login. That's mean no one can get into your account if they do not have that key.
You can set it up on ebay to do the same login.
I never have any problem with paypal.
Hope my info will help you.

Paypal is good stuff. I had a seller not ship me my stuff. But I had waited too long and Paypal could do anything about it.

However my creditcard company could! And did.

It's good to have both of them watching your back. Use Paypal.

Definitely paypal, and I'd like to see pics of your plate frames. Are they plastic or metal? All I've been able to find are plastic ones.

I'd say use Paypal. You can sign up and use a credit card with them as well as a bank account. The primary advantage, as was stated above, is your number is stored there and when you pay the vendor, they don't get your card information. Even if you trust the vendor, they're only as secure as the method they use to store your purchase data. I'd rather go with a large company that's used to dealing with security issues (hacking) than a bunch of mom & pop stores that may not have thought it through.
