The kit definitely comes flared and, IIRC, the line pictured does too. To be safe, recommend putting eyes on it at your local O'Reilly/Autozone/Pep Boys.

Can't remember what they're called, though it's apparently NOT "hose clamps," but I bought a set of these at Harbor Freight...

Any of you guys ever get a P015A & P015C Pending codes? I got the P015a about a month ago and I cleared it and went on my merry way. Today on my way home these two popped. Seems suspect that both would pop at the same time so I am wondering if there is a bigger issue at hand. These codes mean O2 Sensor Delayed Response - Rich to Lean (P015A is Bank 1 Sensor 1, P015C is Bank 2 Sensor 1).
    Any ideas?

What upper supercharger bracket are you referring to?

It sounds like you are running either rich or lean and the sensors are unable to compensate for the mass swing in positive or negative fuel trims. Any AFR readouts to accompany with these codes? Free data perhaps? I'd like to see your fuel trims.

The SC tensioner mounting bracket, the top stud of the bracket supports an idler serpentine belt pulley.

I'll see if I can record my fuel trims. The most interesting part is these codes pop when I am just cruising. Basically to get it to pop I was driving to the freeway not getting into boost. When going up the onramp I hit around 2.3 PSI (don't remember AFRs) then once I got up to speed I was just chilling at 65-70. Wasn't flooring it around or anything. I will report back with fuel trim data if I can tomorrow.

It's unlikely, but I have seen some freak stuff happen even at lower mileage. Fuel trims are a must. I need to see the freeze frame data to begin the analyzation process.
