i'm running a JustDSM tune for the FIC injectors. i was having the issue with a stock TRD tune also. one reason i upgraded injectors, thought it might be a injector.

    P0503 Vehicle Speed Sensor
    P0600 Serial Communication Link Malfunction

Looks like the others are misfire codes. Id try taking your factory ecu connectors out and cleaning them very well with contact cleaner for the p0600

the 0503 looks to be related to vehicle speed sensor.. not sure if maybe one of your speed sensors that go into the spindles/rear drums are damaged or loose. Might clean those contacts up as well. Also, i would go through all the vacuum hoses and routing and make sure no hoses are cracked, routed incorrectly, or potentially causing a vacuum leak. The random misfires could be related to a vacuum leak. Thats where id start first if you havent already before you throw more money at the issue

im thinking this could very possibly be a bad connection at the ECU behind your glove box

    i do, an aeromotive 11540 340gpm

i have disconnected my ecu to check for bad connections and all looked super clean. can/should i use dielectric grease on the connectors? ill double check the vac hoses, and do another smoke test to check for vac leaks.

It sounds like you my have connection issues as a whole due to P0600 code. It would be best to know what the freeze data code is out of all of these codes that way we can isolate where the origination if the issue is from.

If the issue is not connection related but the misfires across every cylinder are still persisting you may have an issue with the CKP or one of the CMPs or both, or potentially even an issue in the harness.

do you have a check valve on your fuel delivery line? wonder if a momentary fuel starvation upon start ups is giving the computer a fuss.

a correct sized socket and hammer is a great removal. i reccomend putting the bearings in the freezer and using a little grease to tap the new ones in. i didnt freeze mine but did use grease. simple, fast, success.

Good call on that. Or is there a leak in the fuel line? I would definitely wanna get a gauge on the fuel supply and make sure it makes/holds pressure.

note on that- i have evidence of slight fuel weeping at the double hose clamp joint on my soft line fuel filter connector. monitor that.

Not sure on the dielectric grease.. i would stick with just cleaning them out with contact cleaner as i have personally done that before and havent had any issues caused from it. Also might be a good thing to inspect the pins on the stock ecu and make sure none of them are bent or missing while you have it all unplugged

i do not. i was planning on installing one as i do have long cranks sometimes. could that be a symptom of the codes that it throws sometimes?

I used to have delayed/long crank starts before i put a check valve in mine, and it never caused any codes.

    This ^^

A starvation in fuel at start will either start you or not, either the engine gets fuel or it does not. If the pressure while running is too low then you can become lean enough to cause misfires, but a failing check valve or a lack of one will only cause startability issues not running issues.

    What If any intake?

    what are your fuel LTFT?

Just curious. We may need to tweak your injector scaling slightly.
