    nice! I cant wait to feel the 2.5. For the 2.3 are you mainly trimming the left over snout that you cut around for the 2.5? Of course its been suggested to just cut it all even at the 2.5 so its ready for the 2.3 so debating on that.

    please trim the snout flush before mounting it. a 2.5 pulley is just fantastic. run it for 6 months and see.

    Okay cool. Seems like I just got a bunk unit then, but this is actually not a bad thing because now I can swap over to the NST alternator pulley without having issues.

    Yeah that happens sometimes. I've taken on a Ram diesel that should had theoretically wiped the floor with me, but I kept right up. Of course I had to let off because I was low on gas and my tune was bad at the time because I had some knock going on so that could and should had turned out much differently had the circumstances been better.

    anybody know if an rpm belt is available in a 69.5" length? this 69" i have wont work on my truck.
    think ill have to buy another green belt.

    It's not. :(

    You either step into a 2.3 or you you run a 3.0 with the RPM belts. I don't know why your 69" won't work. You probably had a defective unit which had the incorrect effective length.

    I assume '05-11 harness is the same as '12 ??

    Not sure quality or even fit on this but maybe this harness could be rewired or ask them to send just the parts? for $20 I'd cut it apart and not be too worried.

    I have an air pump relocation bracket on delivery for the TRD intake. It is supposed to retain the OE isolator grommets and looks really well thought out. I'll let you guys know if it works out. I get it tomorrow and I get my AEM panel drop in filter today. I'm stoked to finish this project up!
