@SUMOTNK thanks man. I enjoy it when others get a kick that it looks like toy. The 39s were looking small. I'm going to 40s soon!

    Once upon a time, 37s.

Weren't they only tested to 37" tires? I'll have to look see. I may ask JDfab about doing the rear end to the Ford 9 at this time. May just cut and patch parts where it's not clearing not too concerned with looks as it's just bashed in with a BFH and self clearanced at the moment. Got the job done.

    For the 2nd Gens..

Found my solution for the AC Auxiliary fan activation for the upcoming E-fan conversion.

I'll be adding a add a circuit to the 10amp AC fuse that's located in the engine bay fuse box. I get constant 14+ volts when the AC is on and running, no matter the state the compressor clutch is in. Zero volts when the AC is off.. This will activate a relay that will run a Auxilary AC Compressor Fan.

    Zero volts with AC off

Mini LED indicator lights will be installed next to the gauges to show fan operation. E-fan LED light will turn on when at 100% command, trans cooler fan will turn on whenever that fan is on.

    Lmao..

All you need is a suitable trigger/activation for a relay right? Theoretically you would run it off a relay right!?

....why would you want a light bar to turn on when the AC is turned on?

I figured that is when it would have power (ign on or acc on) to be able to then turn on if I hit the switch. Sorry, I’m just trying to be able to remember how to wire shit up since it’s been a while

Oh ok. It would be more suitable if you wire the relay to a 12v switch in the cab. the switch is attached to a constant 12v source.

Interesting…. You would be adding a 3rd fan? I’m going to have to come hang out at your house. Now let’s figure out the e fan. Are you going to use tie lingen whatever controller for the efan?

Maybe you can piggy back off what this guy did. There should be one open relay spot for a clean install. Assuming you are planning to add a fan up front.

    yes, the breakdown...

The Lingenfelter will be the controller for the E-fan. Trans Temp gauge will be the controller for the trans cooler fan. The 10amp AC fuse will be the controller for the AC Condenser Fan. Being in SoCal with the hot climate it's essential to have a seperate AC condenser fan in working relationship with a e-fan conversion. There isn't at this time a PWM fan controller available that has a proper AC fan trigger/controller. So, a seperate AC fan is necessary

Just finished changing my plugs for the first time, can't figure out where this last hose on the driver's side hooks up, any hints?

Probably won't wire in a kill switch. That would be simple though, a switch on the ground side of the relay.

I am debating on wiring a kill switch for the leginfetler controller for water crossings..
