Right on guys. I'll start throwing some numbers together. Not looking to make a bunch of money on these, if any at all. Just want to make it quicker, easier and more accessible for others to be able to do this Mod.

Yall are gonna need to show me this wizardry. If I can swing that, I'll never have to swap out the AFE again!

@XPOTRPR , thanks so much for taking this on for me. The only thing I'll need to figure out is what other hardware I'll need to bolt it up.
Other than that I already bought a Rousch tensioner and the double bearing roller for it, however I'm still debating whether I should grind the tensioner and use the double bearing roller, or just remove the roller from the stock tensioner and use that instead. I'm usually up for any kind of improvement, but just a bit concerned of weakening the Rousch casting by grinding.

I can get you the hardware needed no problem. Especially since I've been using yours for R&D. Lol.

I ended up doing the Steeda tensioner with the original Toyota roller on it. Some trimming was needed for the Steeda as well, but it wasn't too bad at all.

Can I install the trasgo kit in the transmission upside down? I have it sitting on a cart in my garage before I swap it in, not sure if it would make it easier

I'm pretty sure @loginfailed installed his ipt or level10 valve body on a transmission that was out of the truck. I recall that he said the install was easier and less messy.

I installed my IPT kit on the truck years ago.. it wasn't toooo bad mess wise.. just a lot of springs and stuff to keep an eye out on. Other than that.. wasn't terrible under the truck.

Makes sense, this is a pulled separate transmission so for once there's no Monday time limit over the weekend I can just take my time and knock it out after work through the week
