    You could say that! I am from Houston so we tend to flood if it rains hard enough!
    But I also have a laundry list of things that I want to do to my truck.
    1, pelfrey bilt front in back bumper
    2, ARB snorkel. up for dabat
    3, light bars
    4, custom coat bed lining the whole truck

    Just get what you want and be happy! It MAY limit further engine mod potential but if you are happy where it's currently at and don't plan on more engine mods your fine. Snorkel away!

    I just flipped the big clamps that hold it upside down and that moved it high enough that the winch and pump no longer interfered with one another. Had to use longer bolts and two 1/2" spacers so the pump cleared the hood latch bracket. Your BFF bumper may be different though, I have the SOS streamline bumper.

    Airflo snorkel smallest spot is 3.5". The new Safari smallest spot is 4". I run the Airflo as the Safari didn't exist back when I purchased it. I get up to 9.5 boost with the 2.825 pulley. I have the AFE stage II intake. I get the same boost numbers with the cover off of it as I do when its hooked directly to the snorkel. I have tested this from sea level up to 10,000 ft. As for mounting the water pump with the brute force bumper and a warn 8000i winch - I had to modify the radiator support bracket and mount the pump backwards.
