I love the look of the 2017 TRD Pro but I wanted it in quicksand, with a manual tranny and sunroof. Unfortunately Toyota doesn't built that config so I decided to build my own.

A couple points to get out of the way:

-I am a car collector and restorer and focus on 69-71 Mopars. You will see a few in this thread in my garages.
-I am completely ok with clones/ tributes as long as the builder is upfront about it and the VIN isn't altered to try and defraud someone.
-Cash isn't an issue for me. I have plenty of money to spend on cars
-I have been a long time Toyota fan and those from IH8Mud will recognize my 80 which was completely restored and the restoration was documented on the forum.
    - I am still working on the build and it isn't 100% like a stock TRD Pro as I will use King suspension components, etc...

We did a full HID retrofit of the headlights and blacked them out like stock.
    -RX350 projectors
    -Osram Nightbreaker bulbs
    -35W Morimoto ballasts

The retrofit was done by HIDIllusionz. Rich there is awesome. He has some a few retros for me in the past.

Also, Lightwerkz is awesome too. Caesar did a HID Retro for my wife's Lexus 570.

Quick peek in one of the garages.

My 97 40th Anniversary 80 series on the right.
My mint #1 condition numbers matching rotesserie restored 69 roadrunner convertible which won best of show at the Mini Mopar Nationals last year, on top of the 4 post lift.

This is my next upgrade. Truck looks very nice. I'm doing the same with my black DCLB. Well done.

That looks nice. I was trying to decide between the Quicksand or Inferno for my TRD Sport but after seeing yours I am going with the Quicksand.

Where did you order these? Can you get this package from the Katzkin website? I looked a while back and didn't see this option.
