Got tired of my change rattling around so I did something about it.
Thanks to @tacitos for the idea. But I improved it a little:p:boink:
Whipped out a little CAD and printed it in ABS for maximum durability.
The coins are located at each corner for the easiest accessibility. The big open space in the middle allows my fat fingers to get in and reach any amount.
TRD PRO eddition. Sorry BROs, your rockstar won't fit... but my GO-GIRL will:benchpress:

Fits the change perfect:) I only had 1 pesky penny that wouldn't. Who uses those anyway
    [IMG]

    Useless square tray Before:

After. Much better. It's the little things in life:D
    [IMG]

    UPDATE:::
    VERSION 2.0 with LID!
-Standoffs at the bottom(easier to get the last coin out, without trying to pick it out with your fingernail)
-Rounded off edges. V1 had a few sharp edges that needed to be sanded. This takes care of that. Smooth like butter.
    -Metal hinge pin
-Flush mount magnets to keep lid closed
-Coil spring to flip lid open
-Coin Customization! I cannot design every possible configuration...so Each hole will hold the largest coin be default(quarter). Then I will offer additional(sold separately:p) currency adapter sleeves
-Customizable lid logo. To start I will offer a Plain, and TRD logo. Others upon request.

Lid had a nice little lip to flip open
    [IMG]

The middle is where the spring will be going
    [IMG]

QUAD Quarter..I'm just too poor to fill them all up:rofl:

You can see the standoffs at the bottom

How do we buy this from you if we don't have a 3D printer!? Will it fit 3rd gen? I love it :dancingbacon:

    It's for a 3rd gen, I recognize that cupholder.

OP, same question... I don't have a printer, but I do have some cash that I'm willing to give for one of these.

That is pretty cool. Nice use of the square space.

I seldom have / use coins but I still like it ;)

If the tray doesn't have coins in it, would a pop can or Red Bull can fit in the space in the middle? :)
