Hi everyone. I'd like to replace the cheese grater grill on my 21 sport for one of the TRD pros. Which one does everyone recommend? There are quite a few different companies that make them. And the pricing is all over the place.

    Thanks!

They're all the same, made in China. Just buy whatever's cheapest.

Just go to eBay and pick a seller that under $100 bucks and not coming from China. That’s what I did and have had zero issues

I have a hard time believing the grill wasn't made in China. Where was it made?

I bought mine on Amazon. $125 included shipping (to Hawaii). Zero issues.

Two things to keep in mind.....if you have a front view camera be careful because none of the aftermarket grills I've seen have the hole for it. Only one I've see that will accommodate it is the OEM Pro grill. Also, don't forget you will need to get the sensor garnish for it if it doesn't come with one, and the OEM garnish is just outrageously expensive.

Bought mine from Summit Racing for 2 reasons..
1 - I had a gift certificate to use
2 - For work reasons, I'd be driving right past one the next day for pickup (I'm a sucker for instant gratification).

No better or worse from what I can tell than any other aftermarket pro grills, fit well and looks good.

I can speak on OEM. Had it on for about 4 years (40,000 miles) and it still looks new and no issues. My 2016 does not have the sensor which made the swap easy.

I did the OR to Pro grille swap on my '19 with all OEM parts including new sensor wire and garnish. Easy swap and no code issues.

I did buy the parts in 2019 before Toyota jacked the price way up.

E67DD791-EFC6-4DDA-AE43-8D03C132203D.jpg Yeah, honestly the ‘faux pro’ I got from Amazon was decent. Wish I could have found it elsewhere for even close to the same price, but it came with the garnish and lights (x4) and fit just fine. I’m sure it’ll hold up. Came out of Montreal (I’m in Canada) from Jumbo Auto Parts.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
Just bought mine from empyreoffroad.com. $144 + $44 for the TSS Garnish. No raptor lights for me. You can pick the color of the letters, too.

Shipped real fast and installed easy. Good quality product and fit. I'd buy again if I needed another.

I got mine from there and zero issues, I believe there is a video on their website showing the differences between all the aftermarket ones. Keep in mind though it was made a few years back. There may be newer suppliers since the video was made.

OEM and the chinese know offs are practically the same at this point. Just make sure you buy a good TSS garnish because some don't fit right. I got my grille and garnish from the links below. You may have to file down the clips on the garnish if they're too big for the grill. I do have some gaps between the grill and the grill housing and thats simply a flaw with knock off grills. OEM TRD Pro grills will have the best fitment.
Heres a link to the grille
    Link to the TSS garnish

Note* I modified my grill to fit the raptor lights and the white letters

I've owned two MC grilles and am very happy with them. MC probably means "made in China" but whatever, it fits right, has good color options and didn't cost a months rent to buy.

Taco vinyls does but it’s $450+ which is crazy. It also moves the camera on top where my stock is below the logo
