ok guys did some searching and can't really come up with a satisfactory answer. I'm looking at getting new tires and i'm leaning towards the cooper at3. but my question is that since i'm suppose to put 46 psi in my tire (according to the neat little stick in the door). Should I get the c rated ones that are good for 50 psi or the e rated that are good for 80 psi? I do have about an extra 200lbs in tools in the bed at all times also.

When you replace the tires with anything other than tires with the exact same load ratings and size, you need to do a little math, as the sticker on your door panel is no longer accurate. In short, I'd say the Cs are probably more than adequate.

    Check these links out:
    https://www.4wheelparts.com/tire-wheel-package-guide/tire-pressure-checker.aspx

Go here, click on Load & Inflation Table Application Guide.

    Good luck.

C load tires are fine for our trucks. You would be waaay beyond our trucks capacity hauling or towing before you went above the tire load ratings. Our trucks came with E rated tires for off-roading. They handle being aired down better, better puncture resistance and also longer service life.

E Tires ride harsher than Cs
E tires cost $30-50 more per tire but you should expect to get an extra 10-15k miles out of them. If your going to own the truck long term the cost difference is really a moot point.

The Bajas came with load range D BFG AT KO's, not E rated tires.

Don't get the Cooper AT3's , they wear out super fast on these trucks. Buddy had them on his and got 13k out of them. Luckily discountiredirect refunded him his 80% of his money.

I have load range C Duratrac's on mine and I tow and haul all the time with mild offroading with no issues. I would suggest the General Grabbers AT2's or the Cooper ST Max's if you want a great at tire for year round. I'll go with one of those two this spring or summer.

Well I had the D rated cooper atp on my last Tacoma and they wore like steel and I have the at3 on my wife's trail edition 4runner and they seem to to be wearing pretty well also. I just ended up ordering the at3 E rated yesterday because the sale at discount tire direct was ending, guess time will tell

Just keep track of mileage and wear on the tires, dtd will prorate the mileage and wear and refund you partial funds.

Yea just make sure you can move the cams on the front control arms before you get too deep, they rust in place a lot.

And I never use c clamps to do the aal, just jack the axle back up until you can put on the nut on the axle pin.

I have never had a spacer lift on my truck, but the instructions themselves tell you how to clearly apply the puck whether they were intended for the exact hardware or not. Its good to keep these documents for the future as they are a decent breakdown in step form of how to remove your coilovers. Hopefully you have a tool to compress the springs or a shop to swing by for that.

As far as removing the sway bar, if you have never removed it before...get some allen wrenches as you have to put an allen wrench on the side closer to the rear to keep the bolt that attaches into the spindle from moving around. Took me an hour to realize this cause I never looked into the bolt before hand.

    Good luck!

Na you should be good. I had a buddy help with my aal install. Only thing that isn’t in that install write up is you’ll need to cut off the spring clamps on each side of the leafs on the truck. Nothing a angle grinder can’t make short work of. There will be one one each side....but can’t remember if they are on the front end of the spring (towards the front of the truck) or rear. If you hold up the aal next to the spring pack you should see what I mean. But it’s really nothing. The guy that wrote up the anytime dog mod...nds4 something did a write up in his build. I do believe it was him. It all is pretty easy
