I was wondering, will the 16" TRD Offroad alloy rims fit my 08 DC Prerunner 16" tires (dunlop tires) as well? Also, the guy I'm buying it off from has regular tire stems, can I use the TPMS stems from my current rims on the new ones? Thanks a lot!

Well if your not getting different rims your existing tpms sensors will work, what size are the tires, those tires might be smaller in size.

Right now, I have the stock base prerunner rims...going to get the TRD 16'' rims. The tires I have now are also 16'' should be an easy swap, but I'm wondering if the TPMS will work with the new rims.

From what i understood the are different degrees on the sensors thats why i never put them on when i did the swap i really doubt they will work unless someone has done it.
