With new rotor blades the cost was going to be closer to $2300. Plus you have to provide shipping both ways. Plus taxes. So that's closer to $3k when all said and done. You can buy a brand new one for $1500 more

I’m assuming there is no other mods they can do to increase psi?

The 1st gen grey unit can be ported, another 400.
Later one piece casting can not

Guess that depends on what actual quality bearings they replace them with.

just got it off. i was missing the super long bolt underneath. Then a flat head turned sideways in the gap at the top helped to pry it enough to get it off.

It’s got permatex liquid sealant on the perimeter you got to break free. And don’t forget about the one nut. All the others are bolts. It’s a piece of cake.

    None.
Just completed the belt change. Taking off the shroud and fan definitely gives more space. The hardest thing was getting the 12mm bolt back in the tensioner bracket. I spent about an hour trying to do it from above. Then I finally took off the driver's side front tire, pulled out the rubber flap and the bracket is right there. Bolt went in with no problem.

I also did the accessory belt since it's 90% the same job and I had it on hand.

I only got maybe 4oz out of mines and I wasn't able to put more than 4oz without it spilling back out. Anyone experience something similar?

The best way to change the SC oil is to take the blower off the engine and fill it with the access plug facing up. You can get more oil in that way.

I'm the wrong guy to ask about torque values because I will always tell you that torque spec is gutten tight unless it involves engine/ transmission internals. I recommend neither Loctite or antiseize.
