I like the looks of the Sport over the other models. But as important, I feel it's a better 'all around' truck (for me anyway) in that it's the same height as the others, plenty good for off-road and a step up in regard to comfort and general around town/highway driving experience.

Besides, I was pretty specific as to color and features I wanted and every dealer I visited had about 70-80 Sports to choose from and only about a dozen (if even) ORs.

From Sport to Pro, doesnt all have the same engine anyway? For me i choose Sport with the trd package since it was a really good deal. Also i live in central canada so its mostly all flat lands here anyway and will be doing city/highway like 99.9% of the time and will most likely never use crawl mode

Maybe, but 4WD is the main feature needed for off roading. What’s the point of a locking rear differential when your front wheels aren’t even spinning?

If you are referring to a Limited Slip Diff, I believe the actual mechanical style was last used around 2008 or 2009, after that its just the same computer simulated LSD as the other models.

A locker has a big advantage when one rear tire is slipping ( as is always the case) whether it's 2wd or 4wd. I've seen some TRD pre-runners get thru some pretty serious shit man! Just have to carry more speed/momentum.

Just curious as to what options you had for the rear, don't recall having any choices to pick from on my old ones?
