    Getting a few things done while I wait for the new Mustang release bearing.

    Inline fuel pressure sender fitting next to the 7th injector (plugged right now while I wait for the sender and gauge to arrive), cutting the new belt, and cleaning up the 2nd nozzle installation for water/methanol injection.

    @Roostfactor @rjbiii @White lightning boosted @12TRDTacoma @Speedwaytacotuesday

    Did finally get my parts and get around to doing this, 69" Fleetrunner belt and whole bunch of little cuts in the pulley. It made a big difference. Boost doesn't drop off after 4000rpm now, stays at 13psi, and 14psi under certain conditions. I'm sure when it gets super cold I'll see a few more pounds. I'll be going to the dyno again soon to see what the difference in the numbers is.

    Well done sir. Only thing else I could think of is a double @Roostfactor pulley mod! Both sides. Let me know how belt wear is.

    It doesn't exist....yet. I was being funny. But it just might work.

    It's a night and day difference now huh?! :thumbsup:

    Fleetrunner belt/ pulley wrap mod/ RIP mod all used in conjunction is a hard combo to top. :D I love my Fleetrunner belt!

    I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure it would make much of a difference, and certainly not as much of one as it did. Now I believe.

    I’ll be promoting the heck out of this setup now for those going to a smaller pulley. To think that much boost was just left on the table!

    I'm telling you, just switching out to the green belt alone after performing the RIP mod and pulley wrap mod gained me an additional .8 psi over previous efforts. I'd like to see how much slip I have in place by removing all the belt tension and traction mods I have done to the blower just to see how inefficient it is.

    Look what was left of my hydro bearing when I took it out! As soon as I got the transmission off, it just... fell into pieces. I have no idea how it was working, as well as it was - albeit it was barely working.

    Thanks for the leg work!, I am also running the 69.01" fleetrunner on my 2.3" pulley setup. Received my belt wrap mod from Roostfactor last week, I will install it on the day that I am not lazy.

    @Athlaos glad to see you did the rips/slots as well. Let me know when you blow your motor this winter so I will know where to go or not to go when you build it. Edmonton is only a stone throw away.

    Where did you get your 2.3 from? I don't like how mine came finished in raw silver and not anodized black.

    Mine is also from pulleyboys but is the six-grooved pulley designed for the 02-04 Supercharged Xterras, Frontiers. Pulley boys wanted $800 for a custom 2.3" in a 5 groove config. They wouldn't budge even after mentioning that you had one. Explored many many other options to try and get my hands on a 5-grooved 2.2 or 2.3" using the .078" shaft diameter but this was the best option all things considered.
