You are right on. The lower mileage reports may be on a lot of gravel or winter snow/ice roads with more slippage. Mine is almost all So. Cal. fwy travel. Most above 70mph.

So do they have a 60K warranty or not? I'll be damned if I can find anything about OEM's on the Goodyear web site.

I got 35k with regular rotations. They could maybe go another 5k before all were on wear indicators, but I replaced with Nitto RG’s, 265/75/16.

I drive multiple miles daily on rocky roads, so did not expect to get high miles out of the stock tires.

I bought a set of duratracs new and have been happy with them overall. That said they are pretty soft and have worn faster then expected.

UPDATE 9/2020 - They were still doing Very well at 68K in Feb. this year (prob. at about 20% left) but 1 picked up a bolt and I had already used the spare for another unrepairable puncture. Running Michelin’s LTX now. Very happy. Great ride & quiet. Have not had these off-road or in snow yet. Only 2K mi since Covid kicked in from Feb to Sept. HUGE gas savings from Covid.

I never got more than 35k miles out of a set of 265/70 16 goodyear wranglers on my old gen1 tundra either. These same size goodyear adventure tires with kevlar are on my tacoma now so it will be interesting if they get better thread life.

I just replaced mine with about 41k on them with one tire getting close to the wear bar and overall wet performance becoming a concern. They got some chips in them while new on some sharp caliche roads. So one wore down faster than the rest. If it wasn’t for the early chipping and resulting faster wear on that tire I may have got 45-50 before the wear bars.

I was 43K on mine. I had no problems with them and rotated them every other oil change. I could have kept them for a little longer but didn't want to take any chances since we had our first kid back in March. I upgraded to the Falken Wildpeaks AT3W last month. They feel much more responsive and handle well.

I'm at 36k with plenty of life. Truck is over GVWR when I'm in it.

My sister just bought a Hybrid Camry. Brand new. Front tires are bald at 6k miles. She is not a lead foot. Toyota won't do anything about it.

Mine were fried @ 25k mark and I was unpleasantly surprised they wore out that quickly. Mostly highway miles (route 80 in Jersey) on weekends. I live on a stone road but that's only a mile long. Rocking KO2's now and they seem to be wearing (and riding) much better.

Mine (the OE Standard Load (SL) Goodyear Wrangler Adventure AT w/Kevlar 265/70R16 112T) have 8/32” remaining after 22,000km (they were 11/32” new). Rotate every oil change (5,000 miles). Kept at the recommended 30 psi. Some websites claim they weigh 35 lbs, some say 37 lbs. They have performed acceptably well so far. Quite, smooth, good traction in rain (and on everything I have tried except wet grass). No damage caused by 1 mile of gravel road getting to the house. If this keeps up for an fair amount of miles I will replace them with the same model but in LT265/75R16 (123R, 15/32”, 47 lbs) just to see if they make any difference. I like doing the opposite of everyone else just for spite.
