Hello everyone I am new to the site and been reading about the blower noise problem. I pulled the motor apart and greased it put it back together and it worked on all settings but still had noise. So I tried to balance it while it was running to find the sweet spot , and as I adjusted the screws it quit working. Now the motor will only work on high any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Blower motor only working on 'high' is the classic symptom for a dead blower motor resistor.
