Trl blinkers not working

I was replacing a factory plug cause I only had running lights. Replaced plug and still only have running lights. I have no voltage coming from plug going forward to relay. Any suggestions where the relay is that controls the trl lights. All truck lights work.

 

in the cab, outside but next to the fuse box.

 

Thanks. If I'm only getting power to my running lights on my trl., is this the only relay involved. I haven't any any wiring schematics for a 2014 Tacoma.

There's a fuse in the engine room fuse box. It's labeled TRN-HAZ. Blue 15 amp.
